PostdeckTerms of Service
These terms govern your use of Postdeck at postdeck.rgkn.dev (“Postdeck”, “the service”), provided by Artyom Mamonov (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Postdeck.
1. The service
Postdeck lets you upload videos and photos, write captions, and schedule posts that it publishes on your behalf to accounts you connect on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Telegram, using each platform's official API. Postdeck is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google, TikTok, Meta or Telegram.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created by an administrator of this instance or, where sign-up is open, by you. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys. Revoke a key as soon as you no longer need it.
- We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.
3. Your content and connected accounts
- You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store it, process it (for example to make thumbnails or convert photos to JPEG) and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service.
- You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload and publish, including music, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
- Publishing to a platform is subject to that platform's own terms and rules, which you accept separately, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation, the YouTube Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, and the Telegram Terms of Service.
- You are responsible for labelling commercial and AI-generated content where the platform or the law requires it. Postdeck offers the disclosure controls each platform's API provides.
- You connect a platform account only if you are allowed to post to it. You can disconnect it at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Postdeck to publish spam or content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative or that infringes others' rights; to get around platform limits or rules; to attack, overload or probe the service or other systems; or to access other people's data.
5. Availability
We run Postdeck with care but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Platforms change their APIs, limits and review status; a post can be delayed, refused or published with settings the platform imposes (for example, private-only posting for apps that are not yet audited). Postdeck shows you the platform's own message when that happens. Keep your own copies of your media.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or for what the platforms do with your posts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
7. Ending
You can stop using Postdeck at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted. Posts already published stay on the platforms until you remove them there.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are announced in the app before they apply.
